HPLC法测定不同产地白花蛇舌草中熊果酸的含量

HPLC DETERMINAFION OF URSOLIC ACID IN HEDYOTIS DIFFUSA FROM DIFFERENT HABITAT

目的:建立白花蛇舌草中熊果酸的含量测定方法,并检测不同产地白花蛇舌草中熊果酸的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定。色谱柱为Alltech RP-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(90∶10);检测波长是210nm;流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温为30℃。结果:熊果酸的线性范围在10.916～152.824μg/mL之间,r=0.9997,线性关系良好。平均回收率为98.48%,RSD为1.27%。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为该药材的质量控制方法。

Objective:To determine ursolic acid in Hedyotis diflusa Willd from difierent habitat and to provide a reference for quality control of raw materials.Methods:The analysis was performed by HPLC with Alltech RP-C18 column.The mobile phase consisted of methanol:water(90:10) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm,and the column temperature was maintained at 30℃.Results: The linear range of ursolic acid was 10.916～152.824 μg/mL(r = 0.9997).The average recovery rate of ursolic acid was 98.48%,with RSD being 1.27%.Conclusion: The detemination method is simpIe,accurate and reproducible,and suitabIe for the quality control of Hedyotis diffusa Willd.
