摘要
舌癌居口腔癌发病率首位,近年有逐年增高的趋势,且女性病人较过去增加明显,但其病因及区域性淋巴结转移及远隔器官转移机制至今尚未完全认识。为此,国内外学者建立了众多舌癌细胞系及动物模型,本文将已建舌癌细胞系及其生物学特点作一综述。
The incidence of tongue cancer ranking first in oral cancer,the trend has increased year by year in recent years,and female patients increased significantly over the past.But its etiology and mechanism of regional lymph node metastasis and distant organ metastasis have not yet been fully realized.So many scholars established tongue cancer cell lines and animal model.This paper reviews built tongue cancer cell lines and tis biological characteristics.
