摘要
多囊卵巢综合征病人常出现不同程度的代谢紊乱,其中脂类代谢异常明显,临床上肥胖、胰岛素抵抗为多见。远期子宫内膜癌、2型糖尿病、心血管疾病的风险增加2～5倍。本综述对其相关性做以具体分析。
Various level of metabolic disorders frequently occur in PCOS patients,among which lipid metabolism abnormality is more apparent so that some clinical situation such as obesity and insulin resistance is more likely to be seen on patients,yet the etiology and mechanism is not cleared so far.Due to the lipid metabolism abnormality,the risks and likelihood of uterine endometrial cancer,type2 diabetes,cardiology diseases,therefore,increases 2 to 5 folds.This document analyses the relationship of lipid embolism abnormality and these diseases mentioned above.
