摘要 随着人类基因组学进入了后基因组计划,研究人类基因组所蕴藏的遗传信息,探索其具有的功能成为重要的方向之一。HUGE蛋白质数据库的建立正式这个方向的代表。它具有代表性的KIAA基因家族因其编码一些重要的蛋白而为人重视,其中KIAA1199基因因其与多种肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关而备受关注。本文就KIAA1199基因的结构、认识、研究新进展而作一综述。 With the coming of the post-genome project era,research of genetic information that hidden in the human genome and exploration of its function have become important directions of human genomics.HUGE Protein Database was an official representative of this direction.The representative of KIAA gene family was paid attention,for some important coding proteins and of which,KIAA1199 gene was focused on because of its closely relationship with the oncogenesis and development of a variety of tumors.This article gave a review of gene structure,underatanding and research progress of KIAA1199.
