摘要
绝经后骨质疏松症是一种多由于绝经后妇女卵巢功能衰退,雌激素明显减少,导致骨吸收大于骨形成而产生,以骨量减少和骨组织微结构破坏为特征,导致骨骼脆性增加和易发生骨折的全身性疾病。目前防治绝经后骨质疏松症以雌激素替代疗法为主,疗效肯定,但长期应用雌激素可增加女性子宫内膜癌、乳腺癌等疾病的发病风险,有严重的副作用。植物雌激素是一种存在于植物中的非甾体雌激素类物质,具有安全、廉价、有效、副作用小等特点,为绝经后骨质疏松防治提供了较安全、有效的新方法。本文拟通过对近年来植物雌激素防治绝经后骨质疏松症的实验研究、临床研究等方面的进展进行综述,为绝经后骨质疏松症的实验研究提供更为广泛的参考。
Postmenopausal osteoporosis is a multi - menopausal women because ovarian function decline,estrogen significantly reduced,resulting in bone resorption than bone formation caused to bone loss and bone micro - structural damage to characteristics,leading to bone fragility fracture -prone systemic disease.Current prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal estrogen replacement therapy - based,more effective,but long - term use of estrogen may increase women, endometrial cancer,the risk of breast cancer and other diseases,there are serious side effects.Phytoestrogen is present in plants of non - steroidal estrogen - like substances.Plant estrogen is characteristic of safety,cheap,effective and little side effect.Plant estrogen provids a safe and effective new methods for postmenopausal osteoporosis.This paper reviewed the recent achievements in plant estrogen prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis experiment research,clinical research aspects of content, for postmenopausal osteoporosis experimental studies provide more extensive reference.
