摘要
针对烧结炉炉体温度控制对象存在着严重的时变性、非线性和耦合性,设计了一种专家协调控制方法.通过对炉体升温过程不同阶段的划分,分别制定了快速升温策略、防止过冲策略及稳定调节策略.其中快速升温策略引入误差平方跟踪调节以保证炉体温度既快又均衡的上升;防止过冲策略引入指数衰减及加权给定值调节以保证炉体温度平稳趋近给定值;稳定调节策略引入专家前馈控制以保证炉体精确保温.此法有效协调炉体温度均衡上升,防止出现局部过热,同时也可以极大地降低能耗.该专家协调控制方法应用于杭州某摩材厂烧结炉温度控制系统,取得了良好的控制效果.
Serious time-variety,non-linear and coupling characteristics exist extensively in sintering furnace temperature control object. In order to overcome these problems,an expert coordinating control scheme is proposed. The temperature rising process is split into three different stages. Accordingly,three strategies are designed,including fast rising strategy,overheating protection strategy and regulation strategy. Error square tracking method is introduced in fast rising strategy to make sure the temperatures rise fast and steadily; Exponential decrement and weighted set value methods are used to help the temperatures trace the set values stably in overheating protection strategy; Expert feed forward control is utilized to pledge the precise of temperatures preservation in regulation strategy. These strategies efficiently make the temperature in three segments rise equilibrious and prevent any parts from overheating. They are also supposed to save the energy as well. Good results on the temperature control system of motor material sintering furnace in Hangzhou are encouraging.
