奥曲肽联合潘托拉唑钠治疗老年非静脉曲张上消化道出血临床观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨奥曲肽联合潘托拉唑对老年非静脉曲张上消化道出血的治疗效果。方法将78例老年非静脉曲张上消化道出血患者随机分为A组(42例)和B组(36例),A组为奥曲肽联合潘托拉唑治疗,B组为单用潘托拉唑治疗,持续用药72h,连续观察两组的止血效果。结果A组24h和72h止血显效率分为68.00%和95.25%。明显高于B组38.00%和71.37%,(P<0.05)。两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论奥曲肽联合潘托拉唑治疗老年非静脉曲张上消化道出血较单用潘托拉唑有止血成功率高、止血速度快。可降低急诊手术率和病死率。
