摘要
在石油钻杆接头上堆焊金属耐磨带,是减少钻杆、套管磨损的有效措施之一。堆焊金属耐磨带常用的工艺方法有粉末等离子弧喷焊和药芯焊丝气保护电弧堆焊。从堆焊材料和堆焊工艺方面阐述了石油钻杆接头堆焊金属耐磨带生产的现状和发展,并针对新型金属耐磨带材料存在的问题,重点介绍了一种高抗裂性和高耐磨减摩性兼备的石油钻杆耐磨带药芯焊丝。
Overlaying a hardbanding alloy on the petroleum drill pipe joint is regarded as one of the effective measures to reduce wear of both the drill pipe and the casing.Commonly-used technologies for build-up welding the said hardbanding include powder plasma-arc welding and the gas shielded welding with flux-cored wire.Discussed here in the paper are the current situation and development of production of the Hardbanding of drill pipe,focusing on two aspects,i.e.,the hardbanding alloys and the welding technologies.Moreover,addressing the existing problems related to the new type hardbanding alloys,the co-authors elaborate a flux-cored wire as used for the hardbanding of drill pipe that is in possession of both high crack resistance and high wear resistance.
