摘要
目的探讨长白山红景天有效成分对X射线照射大鼠外周血及抗氧化能力的影响。方法建立X射线辐射大鼠模型,照射前用长白山红景天苷进行干预,观察各组大鼠白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化。结果与单纯X射线照射组相比,照射前服用红景天药物的大鼠外周血WBC、RBC数明显上升(P<0.05),血清GSH-Px和SOD活力值显著升高(P<0.05),且高剂量组的活力值升高的更为明显。结论红景天苷有一定的抗辐射作用。
Objective To explore the effect of effective components of changbai mountain rhodiola on the peripheral blood and its antioxidization in rats irradiated by X-ray.Methods The model of rats were built by irradiated with X-ray and prevented with the changbai mountain rhodiola before irradiation,the change of the rats' WBC and RBC and GSH-Px and SOD were observed.Results Compared with the model group,Rhodiola group has showed that white blood cells and red blood cells in peripheral blood are increased(P<0.05),while GSH-Px and SOD in serum became significantly higher.Conclusion Rhodiola has certain antioxidization in rats irradiated by X-ray.
