纯化红茶多糖抑制白血病细胞增殖的实验研究

摘要 目的研究纯化的红茶多糖(bTPS)对白血病细胞增殖的抑制作用,及其与细胞结合的关系。方法体外培养U937和K562细胞,CCK-8还原法检测不同浓度bTPS对细胞增殖的抑制作用;流式细胞术检测细胞与FITC标记bTPS的结合。结果 bTPS以浓度依赖的方式与白血病细胞结合,并抑制其增殖。结论纯化红茶多糖可直接结合肿瘤细胞并抑制其增殖。 Objective To study the inhibition effect of purified black tea polysaccharides(bTPS) on leukemic cells proliferation,and explore the features of bTPS binding with tumor cells.Methods U937 and K562 cells were cultured in vitro with different concentration of bTPS.Cell proliferation inhibition was determined by CCK-8 reduction assay.The binding of FITC labeled bTPS on leukemic cells was measure by flow cytometry.Results It was found that bTPS inhibited leukemic cells proliferation in dose-dependent manner.The Binding of bTPS with tumor cells in a concentration dependent manner.Conclusion Black tea polysaccharides could bind leukemic cells directly and inhibit its proliferation in vitro.
