摘要
目的分析参麦注射液对大鼠急性肺损伤(ALI)的影响。方法大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组和参脉治疗组,采用尾静脉注射油酸建立急性肺损伤的大鼠模型。给药后8 h检测肺组织HE染色病理改变及血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的变化。结果与模型组比较,参脉治疗组能够减轻肺组织水肿液,减少炎细胞浸润;降低血清MDA的表达,同时使血清SOD、GSH、GSH-Px含量增加。结论参麦注射液对ALI大鼠具有抗氧化损伤的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Shenmai injection on oxidative damage in ALI rats and explore it's medicinal value.Methods Wistar rats were divided randomly into three groups:control group,model group and Shenmai group.The acute lung injury model of rats was built by injection of oleic acid via tail vein.After 8 hours,serum MDA,SOD,GSH and GSH-Px were determined.Results Compared with model group,Shenmai can reduce pulmonary edema and inflammatory cell infiltration and decrease the levels of MDA and increased the level of SOD、GSH and GSH-Px in serum.Conclusion Shenmai has protective effect on oxidative damage in ALI rats.
