食管鳞癌动物模型研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 食管癌是十分常见的恶性肿瘤,预后较差,主要组织学类型包括鳞癌和腺癌。食管癌在世界范围内具有明显的地区分布差异性[1]:欧美国家以腺癌为主,而我国则以鳞癌为主[2]。理想的动物模型有助于深刻理解食管鳞癌发生、发展的分子机制,以便早期干预和提高食管鳞癌的治疗效果。近年来,国内外学者在建立食管鳞癌动物模型方面做了很多有益的尝试,现综述如下。
