第一跖背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复第二趾骨外露 被引量：2

摘要 利用第一跖背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复足拇趾骨外露的方法在医学专业期刊杂志上多有报道,且效果良好[1-9],但是,将该方法用于修复足第二趾骨外露报道不多,其原因可能是因为对于足部功能来说,拇趾的重要性要强于第二趾,修复第二趾骨外露意义不大。杨学斌等[10]对84例第二趾移植及跖趾关节移植术后,进行了详细的病史复习及随访,认为第二趾缺如,
