右美托咪定替代丙泊酚对妇科腹腔镜手术全麻恢复期的影响 被引量：8

摘要 妇科腹腔镜手术具有创伤小、恢复快及术后并发症少等优点,临床已经广泛用于卵巢囊肿剥除术、输卵管切除术或结扎术、盆腔黏连分解术等手术。腹腔镜手术由于术中采用CO2气腹,导致腹腔压力增大及高碳酸血症会影响患者术后苏醒质量,增加患者术后恶心呕吐及寒战的发生率。盐酸右美托咪定是一种新型高选择性的α2受体激动剂,临床麻醉具有于镇静、
