双侧肾上腺隐球菌感染一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者男,74岁,系北京市建材化工厂退休工人(长期接触化学制品)。因'低热3年余,乏力、食欲缺乏1个月余'于2010年3月5日入我院结核科。病史特点:(1)老年男性,糖尿病患者,属肺结核病好发人群。(2)有低热、乏力等结核中毒症状,病程已3年。(3)其妻是'肺结核'患者,有肺结核病密切接触史。(4)抗结核治疗症状好转,肺部病灶明显吸收。(5)查体:
