烟雾病合并甲状腺功能亢进一例

摘要 患者女,27岁,主因突发头晕伴左侧肢体力弱10余天于2012年7月3日收入首都医科大学宣武医院。患者无明显诱因于10余天前(2012年6月21日)突发头晕伴左侧肢体力弱,刷牙时持牙刷费力,站立时左下肢不稳,并伴左侧肢体麻木。头晕时无视物旋转,无恶心呕吐,无耳鸣及听力下降,未予就诊。第2天上述症状仍未缓解,
