星形胶质细胞在中枢神经系统非感染性炎症与免疫反应中的作用

摘要 星形胶质细胞是中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)中数量最多且分布最广泛的一种胶质细胞,参与多种生理或病理过程,主要包括形成和维持血脑屏障、引导神经元发育和参与突触重塑、促进谷氨酸代谢、维持细胞外K+稳定、产生神经元及其他胶质细胞所需的营养因子等[1]。此外,星形胶质细胞在CNS炎症和免疫反应中的作用越来越受到人们的重视。首先,
