感染性心内膜炎147例临床分析 被引量：6

摘要 感染性心内膜炎是由病原微生物引起的心内膜和心脏瓣膜感染,常伴赘生物形成。感染性心内膜炎常发生于原有心脏疾病的基础之上,当然也可见于正常瓣膜,是一类病死率较高的疾病。本文系统回顾了自2001年1月至2010年12月我科收治的147例感染性心内膜炎病例,总结其治疗经验,以提高诊断及治疗水平。
