甲状腺淋巴瘤合并乳头状腺癌一例并文献复习

摘要 原发性甲状腺恶性淋巴瘤(primary thyroid malignant lymphoma,PTML)是一种非常罕见的甲状腺恶性肿瘤,约占甲状腺恶性肿瘤的5%和淋巴结外非霍奇金淋巴瘤的3%,其发病率呈上升趋势,但同时合并甲状腺乳头状腺癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)更是非常罕见,国内报道3例病例,国外报道仅1例病例。PTML合并PTC的术前诊断非常困难。所有报道病例均为手术切除后病理加免疫组化加以确诊。
