暴发性1型糖尿病一例

摘要 患者女,27岁,因'口渴多饮多尿一周伴恶心呕吐半天'于2012年5月1日收入我院内分泌科。患者一周前无明显诱因下出现口渴多饮多尿,无发热,无心慌胸闷,无汗出,无腹痛腹泻,未予重视,半天前出现恶心呕吐,呕吐5次,呕吐物为少量胃内容物,否认咖啡色物体混杂,就诊于当地卫生院,查随机末梢血糖:25.9mmol/L;尿常规:葡萄糖+++、尿酮+++,
