耐药金黄色葡萄球菌致剥脱性皮炎并类白血病反应一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者女,79岁,主因间断腹泻1个月,咳嗽、咳痰1周,于2010年8月30日入中关村医院呼吸科。患者在1个月前'感冒'后出现腹泻,入院后给予多种抗生素治疗,腹泻好转。因出现急性左心功能衰竭、肾功能衰竭转入重症监护病房(ICU),给予气管插管机械通气及血液滤过治疗。2010年9月19日患者双前臂出现密集的紫红色斑点,直径1～2mm,
