高龄慢性丙型肝炎患者的抗病毒治疗效果观察

摘要 21世纪以来,中青年慢性丙型病毒性肝炎(CHC)抗病毒治疗适应证和标准干扰素(IFN)α加利巴韦林(RBV)治疗方案国内外已形成共识[1],并取得比较满意的效果[2]。但长期以来基于'高龄CHC患者对IFN和RBV治疗反应差'及担心'对IFN和RBV不良反应难以耐受'的认识和高龄本身等原因,致对年龄在70岁以上CHC尤其是肝功能正常的CHC抗病毒治疗欠积极,治愈病例报道亦较少。由于高龄CHC患者仍有发展成肝硬化(HC)和肝细胞癌(HCC)[2]倾向及部分肝功能正常的CHC不出现明显肝功能损伤表现而渐发展为HC甚至HCC[3]。
