骨巨细胞瘤(giant cell tumor of bone,GCT)是一种常见的原发骨肿瘤,自Jaffe 1940年首次对GCT作出详细描述至今,许多学者采取多种辅助方法以降低瘤灶内手术后局部复发率,但仍未降到令人满意的程度,
