髌骨置换在全膝关节置换术中的现状与发展 被引量：4

摘要 人工全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)是治疗各种膝关节炎症一种有效且成熟的方式,近年来手术优良率不断提高。在最初的TKA中是没有髌骨置换的,术后发生髌前区疼痛的比率很高,在20世纪70年代Kanfer报道了髌骨的机械力学机制,
