In this paper,the basics of a general regression neural network is detail produced.And a module of general regression neural network that predicts vertical displacement,one of the important items in monitoring the deep foundation excavation,is proposed.The module is verified by the example and proved that the method of using the general regression neural network in predicting the items of monitoring the deep foundation excavation is practicable and effective.
