新形势下高职院校加强基层党组织建设的思考

Thinking on Strengthening the Construction of Basic-level Party Organizations under New Situations

随着经济社会的转型和高职院校管理体制改革的推进,新的形势和变化对高职院校基层党组织产生着深刻的影响,党建工作呈现出明显的复杂性和艰巨性,高职院校基层党组织在作用的发挥方面不同程度地出现了"失效"的现象。本文在分析高职院校基层党组织建设重要性的基础上,提出了新形势下如何加强基层党组织建设的改进举措,如何让学校的基层党组织更好的开展党建工作。

With the development of the economy and society transformation and management reform of higher vocational institutes,new situations and changes exert great impact on basic-level party organization among higher vocational institutes,which find it difficult to play an active role through previous measures.Party construction thereafter turns on complexity and difficulty.This paper proposes improvement measures of how to strengthen basic-level party construction and how to carry out party construction better on the basis of analyzing the importance of organization construction.
