摘要 研究了从石煤钒矿中回收五氧化二钒。石煤钒矿破碎至90%以上通过0.15mm(100目)标准筛;在加热和有添加剂存在条件下,用硫酸直接浸出钒;浸出浆液调整酸度,固液分离;浸出液氧化除杂后用离子交换树脂吸附解吸钒;解吸液净化、沉淀偏钒酸铵,偏钒酸铵脱水、脱氨,获得五氧化二钒产品。结果表明:试验条件下,钒浸出率在76%以上,氧化除杂率为98.81%,离子交换回收率为98.23%,沉淀率为97.63%,脱水、脱氨回收率为99.05%,钒综合回收率为71.40%;所得五氧化二钒产品质量优于YB/T 5304-2006冶金98级标准。 Recovery of vanadium pentoxide from stone coal vanadium ore has been studied.Stone coal vanadium ore was crushed to 90% pass 100 mesh(0.15 mm) standard sieve,then vanadium was direct leached out using sulfuric acid under heating and additive.pH of the leaching slurry was first adjusted,then solid and liquid was separated.Vanadium in the liquid cleaned and oxidated was enriched by ion-exchange resin and precipitated using ammonium chloride to obtain ammonium metavanadate.By dehydration and deamination processes,the vanadium pentoxide product was obtained.The results showed that under test conditions,vanadium leaching rate was over 76%,vanadium recovery rate was 98.81% in cleaning and oxidation,98.23% in ion-exchange,97.63% in precipitation,and 99.05% in dehydration and deamination.Vanadium overall recovery was 71.40%.The vanadium pentoxide product quality was better than YB/T 5304—2006 metallurgy 98 standard.
