摘要
研究了从镓-锗精矿中回收镓,考察了浸出温度、浸出时间对盐酸浸出镓的影响以及浸出液酸度、萃取次数、相比对镓萃取率的影响。结果表明:用7.95mol/L工业盐酸,在75℃下浸出镓-锗精矿2.5h,镓浸出率在93%以上;调节浸出液酸度,用磷酸三丁酯-260#溶剂油在1∶1相比条件下萃取镓,负载有机相用20g/LNaOH溶液反萃取,反萃取液用300g/L NaOH溶液调至碱性后电解,镓回收率达92%以上。
Recovery of gallium from gallium-germanium concentrate was studied.The effect of leaching temperature and time on gallium leaching rate and effect of solution acidity and extraction time on gallium extraction was examined.The results show that gallium leaching rate was over 93% using industry hydrochloric acid of 7.95 mol/L at the conditions of leaching temperature of 75 ℃,leaching time of 2.5 hours,and recovery rate of gallium was over 92% at the conditions of solution acidity of 9.0 mol/L,phase ratio(Va∶Vo) of 3∶1,4 times extraction and back-extraction using 20 g/L NaOH solution and electrolyzing after adjusting pH using 300 g/L NaOH solution.
