摘要
亚熔盐法生产铬绿过程中产生大量新铬渣,因其中含有钾及大量镁而难以实现资源化。研究了采用绿色化学新工艺处理新铬渣,确定了较适宜的工艺参数,为实现新铬渣的资源化、彻底消除危害及隐患、变废为宝、构建铬盐化工循环经济新体系提供可行途径。
The chromium residue produced during production of chrome oxide green by sub-moltensalt method contains potassium and a lot of magnesium,so it is difficult to be recycle.A new green chemical process for disposing the new chromium residue has been researched,and feasible processing parameters were achieved.The new process for recycling the chromium residue,thoroughly eliminating the dangerous,and building new chemical engineering circulation economic system of chromium salt was presented.
