摘要
某蚀变型锰银矿中,锰主要以二氧化锰形式存在,银以独立银矿物存在。针对选矿预富集得到的锰银矿混合精矿,研究了以玉米秸秆为锰还原剂,用硫酸浸出锰和银,得到了符合GB1622—1986的硫酸锰和金属银。该新工艺适用于处理低品位MnO2矿石,是一种有效利用锰银矿资源的可行方法。
In some alteration manganese-silver ore,manganese and silver are existing as manganese dioxide and independent silver minerals,respectively.Leaching of manganese and silver using sulfuric acid as manganese leaching agent and corn straw as catalyst from the manganese-silver concentrate has been examined.The results show that leaching of manganese and silver are 99% and 93%,respectively.The process is worth to futher research.
