硅渣循环常压脱硅的老化周期及脱硅效率研究

摘要 研究了烧结法脱硅中,常压下用硅渣作晶种,其循环使用周期及周期内脱硅效率。结果表明:常压下,硅渣循环使用老化周期为28h;前20h内,硅量指数在215以上,脱硅效率保持在88%左右;同一周期内,随时间延长,硅量指数和脱硅效率都呈上升趋势。 In sintering desilication process,using silica residue as crystal seed at normal-pressure,cycle time and desilication efficiency were investigated.The results showed that at normal pressure,the aging cycles of silica residue were seven times which being 28 h,the silica residue was more than 215,the desilication rate maintained about 88%,and the silica module and desilication rate increased with desilication time.
