摘要 The relationship between mankind and nature as well mankind and climate was introduced firstly, and then the necessity to remove negative value accompanying the improvement of humanized nature value was analyzed, finally the ways to insist on the unity of natural view and development view to realize the harmony between mankind and climate were proposed.
