Introduction to Discrete Event Simulation Model for Pharmacoeconomics Research

目的:介绍离散事件模拟的基本思想和内容,探讨离散事件模拟方法在药物经济学研究中的应用价值。方法:通过查阅、综合总结国外相关文献,介绍离散事件模拟方法特点、核心概念和分类应用,并分析国外实证研究中的例子。结果与结论:离散事件模拟具有灵活性和准确性的优势,但是由于对方法的不了解及数据的不可得限制了其使用,在以后的药物经济学研究中需要更好地推广离散事件模拟方法。

Objective:To introduce the principle and basic ideas of Discrete Event Simulation(DES) and estimate its application value in the pharmacoeconomics(PE) research.Methods:Introduce the features,core concepts and categories of DES through consulting and consolidation related documents,and then analyse some examples of related PE study.Results & Conclusions:DES has the advantage of flexibility and veracity.However,the incomprehension of methods and non-availability of data constrain its application.Thus DES should be more recommended in the later PE research.
