银杏叶提取物注射液致急性房颤1例

One Case of Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Injection Induced Acute Atrial Fibrillation

本文报道了1例静脉滴注银杏叶提取物注射液致急性房颤患者的发病经过及抢救情况,对银杏叶提取物注射液的主要成分及其药理作用进行了讨论,并指出已有静脉滴注银杏叶提取物致过敏性休克、过敏样反应、过敏性紫癜、静脉炎、荨麻疹、哮喘、室颤等不良反应的报道。该病例提示临床医师及临床药师,临床应用银杏叶提取物注射液应引起高度重视,避免不良反应的发生。

In this paper,1 case of intravenous injection of Ginkgo biloba extract injection induced acute atrial fibrillation in patients with onset after and rescues is reported,and extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves on main constituents and pharmacology are discussed,and the existing intravenous injection of Ginkgo biloba extract induced allergic shock,anaphylactoid reactions,allergic purpura,vascular redness,urticaria,asthma,ventricular fibrillation and the reports of adverse reactions are pointed out.The case prompted that clinicians and clinical pharmacists should cause height to take seriously for avoiding adverse reactions.
