试论实现人才创造力的主体条件

On China's Talent Emancipation and Creativity

人才作为第一资源,是国家发展的战略资源。当前我国正处于社会转型时期,解放人才和人才创造力的实现是我国可持续发展的不竭动力和源泉。解放人才实质是人才创造力的实现,人才创造力主体内涵包括个体人才创造力和人才集体创造力,人才创造力的实现是一个复杂的系统工程,其中离不开人才之知识结构、价值观念和审美素养三大系统的介入和渗透,是一个"合力"作用的结果。

Talent,known as the first resource,is the strategic resource of the national development.At present,China is in a period of social transition,and therefore the talent emancipation and talent creativity are the inexhaustible power and sources of Chinese sustainable development.The essence of the liberation of human is the achievement of talent creativity,whose subject includes talent individual creativity and talent collective creativity,and the realization of human creativity is a complex system project,which can not do without the intervention and infiltration of three systems of the talent's knowledge structure,and value and aesthetic quality,and is a result of effect of 'Joint Forces'.
