主位结构理论视角下的英汉语篇翻译研究

A Study on English and Chinese Textual Translation from the Perspective of Theme-rheme Structure Theory

通过介绍主位结构理论及其对翻译实践的指导作用,对英汉主位结构在句法层次和语义层次差异上的对比分析,探讨了如何利用英汉主位结构差异进行篇章翻译,以求达到与原文结构与功能对等的效果,真实再现原文的主旨及交流意图。即从英汉主位结构差异的角度为语篇翻译的结构与功能对等提供独特的视角,使主位结构理论更好地服务于翻译实践。

This paper introduces the theory of theme-rheme structure and its translation practice,makes comparative analysis on English and Chinese theme-rheme structure from the perspectives of syntax and semantic structure,and probes into making use of English and Chinese theme-rheme structure differences in text translation,so as to achieve functional equivalence effect of the original text and a real reappearance of the theme and communication purposes of the original text.That is to provide a unique angle of view for structure and functional equivalence in textual translation from the viewpoint of English and Chinese theme-rheme structure differences,and make theme-rheme structure theory a better service in translation practice.
