48例健康成人错误相关负电位试验分析

Analysis of error-related negativity in 48 healthy adults

摘要 目的利用认知性电位(ERP)探讨健康成人错误监控功能的特征。方法应用ERP仪,对48例20~55岁健康成年右利手受试者,进行错误相关负电位(ERN)检测。结果在Cz、Fz、Pz3个脑区,建立了健康成人ERN潜伏期和波幅均值。结论健康成人ERN较稳定和可靠,可辅助用于临床认知测试。 Objective We used event-related potentials(ERP) to investigate the features of error-monitoring function in healthy adults.Methods The error related negativity(ERN) was tested in 48 right-handed healthy adults from 20 to 55 years old by using ERP instruments.Results Mean values of ERN latencies and amplitudes in areas of Cz,Fz,Pz were obtained in healthy adults.Conclusion The ERN is a stable and reliable ERP component,and can be used as an aid to clinical cognitive tests.
