健康成人句子判别的认知电位N_(400)研究

Study on N_(400) elicited by recognizing Chinese sentence in healthy adults

目的探讨健康成人汉语句子结尾词匹配和非匹配的认知性电位(ERP)N400的特点。方法对48例健康右利手受试者,进行汉语正常句子结尾词(匹配)与句子结尾歧义词(非匹配)N400的研究。结果在Cz、C3、C4脑区,建立了健康成人汉语句子的N400潜伏期和波幅均值。健康成人对句子结尾词匹配和非匹配的N400在潜伏期和波幅上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),句子非匹配结尾词N400潜伏期长、波幅高。结论健康成人汉语句子N400较稳定和可靠。

Objective To investigate the features of events-related potentials(ERP) component N400 elicited by recognizing Chinese sentences ending with matching and mismatching words in healthy adults. Methods Forty-eight right-handed healthy adults were collected and their N400 were detected and elicited by the Chinese sentences ending with matching(congruent) or mismatching(incongruent) words. Results Mean values of N400 latencies and amplitudes were obtained in areas of Cz,C3,and C4.The differences in N400 latencies and amplitudes elicited by matching and mismatching ending words were significant(P<0.05).Compared with matching ones,N400 elicited by mismatching ending words had prolonged latencies and increased amplitudes. Conclusion N400 elicited by Chinese sentence is a stable and reliable ERP component in healthy adults.
