摘要
目的应用诱发电位新技术探讨健康儿童感觉门控(SG)P50特点。方法应用美国Nicolet脑电生理仪,采用条件刺激(S1)-测试刺激(S2)模式对30名健康儿童进行听觉P50检测。结果健康儿童Cz脑区S1-P50潜伏期(60.7±11.9)ms,波幅(5.7±3.3)μV;S2-P50潜伏期(65.4±22.0)ms,波幅(2.4±1.3)μV。S2-P50波幅显著低于S1-P50(P<0.01)。S2/S1比值为(42.8±21.0)%;S1-S2波幅和100(1-S2/S1)波幅分别为(3.3±2.6)μV和(57.9±21.0)μV。结论听觉P50电位具有抑制性特征,其变化可反映大脑健康儿童SG的功能状态。
Objective To observe the characteristics of sensory gating P50 in normal children.MethodsUsing American Nicolet Bravo instrument,auditory evoked potentials P50 were recorded in 30 normal children by the conditioning(S1)/testing(S2) paradigm presented with auditory double clicks stimuli.Results The latencies of S1-P50 and S2-P50 from Cz site were(65.4±22.0) ms and(65.4±22.0)ms while the amplitudes were(5.7±3.3)μV and(2.4±1.3)μV,respectively.S2-P50 amplitude reduced significantly as compared with S1-P50 amplitude(P<0.01).The S2/S1 ratio was(42.8±21.0%) and the amplitudes of S2-S1 and 100(1-S2/S1) were(3.3±2.6)μV and(57.9±21.0)μV.Conclusion The auditory evoked potential P50 has the potential inhibitory characteristics,the changes may reflect the functional status of SG in normal children.
