溶胶凝胶法制备磷酸锆钠陶瓷材料 被引量:2

摘要 以Zr(NO3)4.5H2O、NH4H2PO4和NaNO3为原材料,采用溶胶凝胶法合成了磷酸锆钠(NaZr2(PO4)3)陶瓷粉体,采用TG-DTA,XRD和SEM测试方法对粉体性能进行了表征,研究了烧结温度和pH值等反应条件对粉体合成的影响.结果表明,要获纯的磷酸锆钠粉体,合成温度需控制在800~1 000℃之间,其中最合适合成温度为900℃左右.前驱体pH值对合成温度基本没有影响,但会影响产物微观形貌.当合成温度为900℃,pH值为9时可以制备出团聚较少、颗粒均匀、分散性较好且平均粒径为100nm的磷酸锆钠粉体. Sodium zirconium phosphate(NaZr2(PO4)3) powders were prepared from zirconium nitrate(Zr(NO3)4·5H2O),ammonium di-hydrogen phosphate(NH4H2PO4) and sodium nitrate as raw materials by using the sol-gel methed.The influence of sintering temperatures and the pH values on the synthesis of powders was investigated.TG-DTA curves and X-ray diffraction patterns showed that sodium zirconium phosphate powders were better synthesized at temperatures rangeing form 800 to 1 000 ℃,and the proper temperature was 900 ℃.Although the pH value had no effects on the synthesis temperature of NaZr2(PO4)3,it affected the microstructure of the products.SEM photographs showed that powders synthesized at 900 ℃with a pH value of 9 presented a good distribution and a small particle size of about 100 nm.
