摘要
分析美国国家电子伤害监测系统(NEISS)样本医院选取和数据集成方法,有助于完善我国样本医院选取和估测全国产品伤害分布。本文在系统分析美国产品伤害监测样本医院选取基本原理、权重计算与调整方法的基础上,归纳提取出美国NEISS系统全国产品伤害数据加权估值方法,该数据加权估测方法对于指导我国基于产品伤害监测样本医院的数据来估测全国产品伤害情况具有借鉴意义。
The analysis of sample hospital selections and data integration methods used by National Electronic Injury Surveillance (NEISS) would help Chinese sample hospital selection and the national injury situation estimation.The national injury data valuation by sample hospitals' weights was summarized based on systematic analysis of sample hospital selection principle,weight calculation and adjusting methods.These methods would direct the national injury situation estimation based on data from sample hospitals of Chinese products injury system.
