摘要
我国近几年建立了汽车和玩具产品的召回管理制度,在与国际惯例接轨的同时,逐步摸索消费品召回管理应采取的制度、体系和方法,对现行的产品监管模式进行补充。本文从市场监管模式的主导性、召回产品措施力度等方面,比较了中美两国在保护消费者权益方面的差异。
In order to fully fit in the international trade,China has established product recall system for automobile and toy as a complementation to the present market surveillance.This paper aims to contrast the consumer rights between China and U.S.from the angle of market surveillance and recall measures.
