人与组织匹配的研究现状及展望

摘要 人与组织匹配是近年来组织行为学领域的热门课题。本文简要介绍了国外人与组织匹配研究领域比较有代表性的概念,人与组织匹配的测量,总结了前人在人与组织匹配与结果变量的关系方面的研究,最后提出了对人与组织匹配研究的展望。
