湖北咸宁洪涝灾区皮肤病发病情况分析

Analysis of dermatosis incidence in the flood disaster area of Xianning in Hubei province

目的了解湖北咸宁洪涝灾区皮肤病的发病情况。方法对洪涝灾区包括当地受灾居民、政府救援人员、抢险救灾官兵等在内的1473例皮肤病初诊患者作有关皮肤病发病情况的调查。结果患者中同时患两种以上皮肤病者占67.83%。受灾居民皮肤病发病占前3位的是浸渍性皮炎、手足癣、虫咬皮炎,政府救援人员发病占前3位的是日光皮炎、接触性皮炎、虫咬皮炎;抢险救灾官兵占前3位的是足癣、阴囊皮炎、湿疹。结论洪涝灾后皮肤病多为急性起病,严重皮肤病少见,多为混合发病;浸渍性皮炎发病率最高,多合并真菌感染;患者心理压力较大,应以宣传皮肤病防治知识尤为重要。

Objective In order to study the dermatosis incidence in the flood disaster area of Xianning in Hubei Province.Methods A survey about the incidence of dermatosis was performed on 1473 individuals of first-visiting patients including local victims,government officials and armed police soldiers in the flood disaster area.Results 67.83% of the patients suffer from at least two kinds of skin diseases.The top three kinds of the skin diseases occured on the local victims are immersion dermatitis、tinea manus and pedis、insect bite dermatitis.The top three on the officials are solar dermatitis,contact dermatitis and insect bite dermatitis.The top three suffered by the armed police soldiers are tinea pedis,scrotitis and eczema.Conclusion The features of the skin disease occurrence in flood disaster area are as follow:most of them are urgent;serious diseases are rarely-seen;blended occurrence of the skin diseases is an common condition;immersion dermatitis has the highest incidence and mostly along with the epiphyte infection;patients are bearing heavy mental stress.Therefore,the spreading of the knowledge about skin disease prevention is particularly importance.
