强脉冲光治疗痤疮印迹1036例回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis of the eff icacy of intense pulsed light treatment on 1036 acne hyperpigmentation patients

目的回顾分析强脉冲光治疗痤疮印迹的临床疗效。方法应用强脉冲光,波长560nm,脉冲延时25～40ms,脉宽3.0～4.0ms,脉冲模式为2脉冲和3脉冲,能量密度14～19J/cm2治疗痤疮印迹患者1036例,随访6个月,根据治疗前后患者面部照片判断疗效。结果经过1～5次治疗,面部疗效好于胸、背部,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),胸、背部疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。红色皮损治疗效果优于褐色,但两种皮损类型总有效率比较,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。所有病例在治疗后均未遗留瘢痕,疗效与治疗次数正相关。结论应用560nm强脉冲光治疗痤疮印迹疗效显著,且无痛苦,不留疤痕。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the therapeutic effect of 560nm intense pulsed light for acne hyperpigmentation.Methods 1036 patients of acne hyperpigmentation were treated by 560nm intense pulsed light,pulse delay 25-40ms,pulse duration 3.0-4.0ms,double pulses or triple pulses,energy density 14-19J/cm2.Follow up for 6 months.The therapeutic effect was judged by comparing the photographs which taken before and after treatment respectively.Results After 1-5 times of treatment,the efficacy of face was better than that of thorax and pars dorsalis,there was significant difference between face and other regions(P<0.05),meanwhile there was no significant difference between thorax and pars dorsalis(P>0.05).The efficacy of red lesions is better than that of brown ones,but there was no significant difference between the effective rate of different type acne hyperpigmentation.No scar formation was observed in any patient.The therapeutic effect was positively related to the times of treatment.Conclusion 560nm intense pulsed light is a securing and effective method for acne hyperpigmentation,without scar formation and less pain.
