Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗蓝黑文身临床观察

Clinical observation of the Blue-black tattoo treated with Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser

目的观察Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗蓝黑文身的临床疗效及不良反应。方法应用Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗60例蓝黑文身患者,波长为1064nm,光斑直径3mm～4mm,能量密度4.5～6.0J/cm2,频率10Hz,脉宽10ns。治疗间隔时间为2～3个月,治疗3～4次。结果 4次治疗后有效率为95%,痊愈率为80%,疗效与治疗次数成正相关。10例(16.7%)患者出现暂时性色素减退,2例(3.3%)患者出现凹陷性瘢痕。色素减退均可在随后的1～3个月内逐渐恢复,凹陷性瘢痕轻者可用皮肤磨削术修复,重者有待于点阵激光治疗。结论 Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗蓝黑文身效果满意,无明显不良反应及并发症。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and the adverse reaction of Q-Switched Nd:YAG Laser in treating blue-black tatto.Methods A total of 60 cases were treated with Q-Switched Nd:YAG Laser.The wave length of therapy was 1064nm and the diameter spot was 3 mm～4mm.The pulse duration was 10ns and the frequency was 10Hz.The energy density was 4.5～6.0J/cm2.The therapeutic times ranged from 3 to 4.The interval of therapy was 2～3 months.Results The effective rate was 95% and cure rate was 80% after four times treatment.The therapeutic effect was positively related with therapeutic times.Transient hypopigmentation occurred in 10 cases(16.7%).Pitting scars occurred in 2 cases(3.3%).Pigment decline all could in subsequent 1～3months recover gradually.Pitting scar light person could repair skin grinding operation and the person that weigh need to be dot matrix laser therapy.Conclusion Q-Switched Nd:YAG Laser has fairly good therapeutic effect on blue-black tattoo.There is almost no other adverse reaction except the transient hypopigmentation and it is recoveried gradually over time.
