浅谈王莒生老师治疗白癜风经验

A brief talk on the experience of Wang Jusheng in treating the vitiligo

王莒生教授认为白癜风是因肝肾不足,加之肝气郁滞,导致气滞血瘀,血虚风燥。本文从从肝论治、重视心理治疗、善从风论治、现代研究成果用于临床及附病案解析等方面阐述王莒生教授运用中医药治疗白癜风的经验。

Wang deemed that blood stasis due to qi stagnation and blood deficiency and wind-dryness caused by liver-kidney depletion and liver qi depression,was the mechanism of vitiligo.The therapeutic characteristics included four aspects.The first was to treat 'liver',including to emolliate the liver,tonify the liver,soothe the liver,pacify the liver,calm the liver and cool the liver,etc.The second was to attach importance to psychotherapy.The third was to excel in treating 'wind',including to disperse wind,extinguish wind and arrest wind,etc.The forth was to use the modern clinical achievements and attach the medical records to explain.
