To strengthen the communication between doctors and patients is the foundation of a better doctor-patient relationship,so the kind is the needs of the developing modern medical education as well as the needs to improve and mend the present unsound doctor-patient relationship.The paper further suggests that the students' communication ability can be gained by the ways of humanity quality cultivation,by the requirement of 'role-replacing consideration',by proper clinical practices and by the improvement of merit rating system.
