探索建立农村卫生适宜技术推广应用的长效机制

"十五"及"十一五"国家科技支撑计划"农村卫生适宜技术及产品研究与应用"重大项目实施以来,对促进农民健康水平的提高,减轻农民的医疗经济负担,起到了积极的作用。但整个项目实施完之后,农村卫生适宜技术能否继续得到大面积的推广应用,将会受到资金是否到位、政策能否支持等各方面因素的制约。文章从项目实施以来取得的成绩、经济和社会效益,存在的问题等方面进行了分析,就进一步建立农村卫生适宜技术推广应用的长效机制进行了探讨。

The implementation of national science and technology support projects in the 10th and the 11th five-years: research and application of health appropriate technology and product in rural areas have played a positive role in promoting healthy level of village residents and reduce their economic burden of health care. After completing the entire implementation of the project, there are many limiting factors for continued large areas of the promotion and comprehensive application of health appropriate technology in rural areas, including whether funding can be put in the right place timely and whether policies can support. We will further discuss long-term mechanism establishment of health appropriate technology in rural area, in terms of analyzing achievements, economic and social benefits, and existing problems since the implementation of these projects.
