海南省基于物联网的农村基层医疗健康服务信息化建设实践与慢性病防控的前沿探索

伴随着全球老龄化进程的加速,人类健康正面临新的挑战,慢性病已成为威胁人类健康的一个重要因素,给全球各国及个人和家庭带来了沉重的经济负担。中国的慢性病问题相对于全球其他发达国家而言,形势更为严峻。国家在2011年已经启动了慢性病防控的相关政策部署,各地围绕慢性病防控管理也在积极地进行尝试。结合慢性病本身的特点与防控需求,基于物联网和信息技术手段与相关辅助设备在基层医疗卫生机构的应用将会给慢性病防控与管理带来很大的支撑作用,在这方面,由海南省卫生厅、工信厅与中国最大的IT解决方案与服务提供商东软集团合作,共同推动的"健康海南"医疗健康服务信息化项目在澄迈县的试点尝试,为海南省农村基层医疗健康服务信息化建设以及慢性病防控管理起到了很好的示范作用。

With the acceleration of global aging, human health is facing new challenges which threat to human health, and chronic diseases have become an important factor, brought a heavy financial burden to individuals and families around the world. Compared with other developed countries, China's chronic disease situation is even grimmer. China has been launched chronic disease prevention and deployed control policies in 2011, around which all parts of China are also actively trying. With chronic disease prevention and control characteristics and needs, based on the internet of things, information technology and related auxiliary equipment in the application of primary health care institutions, it will give great support to chronic disease prevention and control and management. 'Health Hainan' medical health care information technology as the pilot project in Chengmai County, with the cooperation of Hainan Provincial Health Department, Department of Industry and China's largest IT solution and service provider Neusoft Group, played a good role model in rural primary care health services and chronic disease prevention and control of information technology management.
